Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Goose Announce Webcast Following Tour Postponement

first_imgPigeons Playing Ping Pong and Goose have announced a webcast that will see the two bands perform “Live From Out There” on Saturday night.The announcement follows Thursday’s news that the bands have postponed this week’s Presto tour shows in the Southeast U.S. due to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, which provides assistance to musicians and music industry workers who have suffered a loss of income due to the recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. What started with big events, like SXSW, Ultra Music Festival, and Coachella, has now evolved into a postponement of all Live Nation and AEG events. Both Pigeons and Goose are scheduled to perform with each other next month at The National in Richmond, VA (4/18) and The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY (4/24).
